RUBBISH DISGRACE

YOUR LOCAL LABOUR PARTY CANDIDATES spend much of the year out and about, speaking to local residents and staying in touch with community groups.

When in Farnley recently, Parliamentary candidate Rachel Reeves and Farnley Council candidate John Hardy were stopped in their tracks by the rubbish on Stonebridge Lane. It is always a shock to see litter in our community - especially when it has so obviously built up over time. It is more shocking because Farnley is represented by so called ‘green’ councillors.
John commented:
"You can be sure that Labour Councillors would not walk on by - John Hardy has already taken steps to make sure the rubbish is cleared away."
